- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have known Kirsteen for several years now but it was when I injured my knee in an accident at home she proved invaluable. She did a full assessment, manipulated the injured area and gave me a full pack of strengthening exercises to follow up with. As a result of her expertise the muscles and tendons returned to full strength and I am now able to continue with my gym fitness and running routines without any pain.
